Social media analytics platform Union Metrics announced today that it has added multi-channel reporting and Facebook analytics to its enterprise Social Suite.
The San Francisco-based company now offers a combined metics dashboard for Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and Facebook that enables its customers to compare results, identify engagement spikes and track competitors across the four social channels. The addition of Facebook analytics means businesses can now get insight into the performance of brand Pages, including comparisons of paid and organic posts.
Union Metrics’ Social Suite has a base rate of $500 a month. The company says it has more than 1,000 paying subscribers, including 60% of Interbrand’s global top 100 brands and more than 75% of the largest PR firms in the United States.
“With powerful multi-channel metrics and support for Facebook, we built the latest version of the Social Suite to bring clarity to social marketers — giving them the tools they need to develop effective messaging, content and engagement strategies on the social platforms that matter most,” Union Metrics CEO Hayes Davis said in a release. “We don’t try to deliver every metric possible; instead we focus on delivering the right answer at the right time to help brands succeed.”
