Sales first, marketing first, technology first. There’s lots of ways to build a company. Today we’re in an era of product first companies, and because of this lots has changed.
At the amazing Nordic Business Forum last year, I spoke to crowd of over 8,000 (my new record!) about the common traits that all product first companies share. They all:
have a strong vision
create a product that’s feasible, desirable and viable
keep their focus
capture the value they want to create
measure their business properly
and are very patient for growth
