Gigya, the Mountain View-based customer identity management firm, today announced the launch of an app and integration exchange.
Called the Gigya IDX Marketplace, the exchange will give Gigya customers a menu of tools for integrating consumer identities into leading marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Campaign, hybris Software, Krux, Optimizely and Oracle Marketing Cloud. Gigya said IDX has more than 50 pre-built integrations with marketing and service technology companies that enable creation of personalized experiences and interactions with users.
Such integrations make use of the data Gigya collects with its site registration, social login, social activity and gameification products. One customer, George Mason University’s Learn Liberty division, has increased average weekly subscribers by 95% and referral traffic by 125% using a Gigya-driven Marketo marketing automation campaign, Gigya said.
“This is a huge step for Gigya and for our customers and partners,” Gigya CEO Patrick Salyer said in a release. “We’re on a mission to become the data management system of record for B2C businesses, and the launch of IDX allows our customers to truly put identity at the center of their marketing.”
