CMI Honors Top Content Marketing Award Winners

The Content Marketing Institute, in partnership with McMurry/TMG, has announced the remaining

Awards for Content Marketing Project of the Year, Agency of the Year (large and small agencies), and Content Marketer of the Year winners were announced at Content Marketing World, the largest content marketing event in the world at over 1,700 delegates.

CMI and McMurry/TMG previously released award winners in other categories, and finalists for the four categories mentioned were released at the event last week in Cleveland, Ohio.

“Both content marketing programs and agencies have exploded in number as more marketing investments are deployed in this area,” explains David Murray, program chairman. “Identifying the best of the best, and to understand what makes content marketing truly great, is critical to this growing industry.”

That’s the goal of the Content Marketing Institute and McMurry/TMG with their 2013 Content Marketing Awards.

The winners are:

  1. Project of the Year: T3 Publishing and TD Ameritrade for the publication, thinkMoney

  2. Content Marketing Agency of the Year (100+ Employees): PACE (Greensboro, N.C., United States)

  3. Content Marketing Agency of the Year (1-99 Employees): Head Office (Leuven, Belgium)

  4. Content Marketer of the Year: Julie Fleischer, Director, Media & Consumer Engagement at Kraft Foods Group (Chicago, Ill., United States)

The Content Marketing Awards were launched in 2004 as the Magnum Opus Awards. Since 2011, they have been conducted jointly by the Content Marketing Institute and McMurry/TMG, a leading independent content marketing agency.

Entrants were judged by an esteemed panel of leading content marketing industry influencers and experts in more than 100 categories, which covered every aspect of content marketing and recognized excellence in each element of editorial, design, production and management among digital, print, video, audio-visual, text and social media.
