Last week, Pinterest released its T
op Pins of 2013, offering 29 different Top Pin categories, including boards for Tasty Recipes, Technology and Places & Travel.
With more than 2,000 followers, Pinterest’s Tasty Recipe board listed 20 Pins of the top trending recipes, with everything from Buffalo Chicken to Nutella Brownies and Beer-candied bacon.

Gadgets for iPads and iPhones dominated the top technology Pins of 2013 on a board that included pins for 3D printers, Smartwatches and an infographic of the 30 most popular WordPress plugins.

Pinterest’s top Pins for Places and Travel leveraged the site’s new mapping feature with Place Pins.

According to the site, the top three Place Pins of 2013 were Port Knockie in Scotland, Iceland’s Blue Lagoon geothermal spa, and the Ennis Bluebonnet Festival in Ellis County Texas.
