Bitcoin Cash Hackathon by BTC.com: Why Bitcoin Cash? | Hard Fork | Projects | Interviews


Last weekend (27 & 28 oct) BTC.com organized world’s first Bitcoin money Hackathon at Rockstrat places of work in Amsterdam with nice audio system just like the Bitcoin money important developer Amaury Sechet and €3.5k in prize cash in BCH which can have a tough fork subsequent month. Why Bitcoin Cash as an alternative of the “normal” Bitcoin core? There’s a scheduled arduous fork arising, what does it imply and why do they do it each 6 months? What are the tasks taking part within the hackathon?

BTC.com is a big Bitcoin mining pool that has 18% of all Bitcoin miners and has over 1.5 million Bitcoin walles. In a pool, miners work collectively to have a better success price in fixing Bitcoin blocks. The revenue is shared amongst contributors within the pool. Their European workplace is situated within the Rembrandt Tower.

The firm is owned by Bitmain (largest producer of mining gear from China).
