Goal of the assembly: To share info which will assist with planning for the upcoming improve and past.
1. Report on standing of the Node implementations represented on the assembly. Since the final BCH dev assembly, Bitcoin ABC 0.19.Zero was launched. Bitcoin ABC devs can provide a short report on how that went, and any info they want to convey to node customers. Other node implementations can report on how growth goes, and another information they might have.
2. Report on the Upgrade Testnet. Status report of what has occurred to date with the improve testnet, additional plans, and another info to share. (Antony Zegers, Mark Lundeberg)
3. Report on Avalanche progress and plans. How is growth going, is there something that individuals may do to assist, and another info that must be shared (Amaury Sechet, Chris Pacia)
4. Looking to the following Upgrade. Are there any concepts or priorities that individuals wish to take into consideration quickly to put the groundwork for preparations for the Nov 2019 improve.
